General conditions

Reservations for Jemas Guesthouse and Apartment

For reservation we need your full names, amount of people travelling, your adress and phonenumber, and the time and flight of arrival and departure.

Payment

Each payment will be confirmed by e-mail or fax.

30 % downpayment of the full price will be due at the moment the contract is made. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival or by appointment at the day of arrival. We prefer payment in Euro or US travellerchecks or cash.

100,- € security deposit is to be payed per booking/unit at arrival in case of damage,will be paid back at check out

50,- € fee for final cleaning,please pay at arrival to the manager.

Cleaning while your stay will be done by yourself or on request for extra charge by our manager.
